中国黄金购买数今年可望创历史新高

中国人民银行14日公布，截至2013年9月底外汇储备余额为3.66兆美元、创历史新高。彭博社报导，中国第3季外汇储备余额增加了0.16兆美元、创2011年以来最大增额。根据彭博社针对7位经济学家所做的调查，专家原先预估9月底外汇储备余额为3.52兆美元。中国第3季经济成长率(10月18日公布)预估将由第2季的7.5%升至7.8%。
澳盛银行经济学家Zhou Hao指出，中国外汇储备余额暴增反映出国际资金流入以及人行积极的阻升人民币行动。人民币第3季升幅创5个季度以来新低。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统的报价显示，人民币相对于美元第3季升值0.26%、创2012年第2季以来最小升幅。
洛杉矶时报14日报导，中国是美国公债最大持有国、帐上拥有1.3兆美元的美国公债。加州大学柏克莱分校经济学教授Barry Eichengreen指出，全球主要央行超过60%的外汇储备是以美元资产形式持有。
华尔街日报部落格10日报导，中国今年黄金购买数量可望创下历史新高。分析师认为，中国政府的外汇储备也可能在增持黄金。上一次人民银行公布黄金存量是在2009年4月，当时数量报1,054公吨。
13日报导，香港政府统计处日前公布，8月香港出口以及转口至中国大陆的黄金数量合计达到131公吨、创历史单月次高(注：历史最高为今年3月的223.5公吨)。中国8月份的黄金净进口量为110公吨、创史上第三高纪录，仅次于今年3月(136公吨)、7月(113公吨)。
