麦嘉华：美两党耍计 黄金1250为买入点

「末日博士」麦嘉华(Marc Faber)14日在接受彭博电视台专访时指出，1,200-1,250美元/盎司将是黄金的买进区间。他说，共和党、民主党都爱花大钱，只是他们对于钱的用途有不同的看法：共和党喜欢扩充军备，民主党则是用应得权益计划来买票。他认为，美国迟早会调高举债上限，因为就像一年前的欧债问题一样到头来这些都只是政治决定；美国公债余额从1980年的1兆美元升至1999年的5兆美元，现在已经来到16兆美元。
麦嘉华指出，就算举债上限没有在10月17日调高，美国联储局(FED)也会协助财政部偿还公债利息。麦嘉华指出，金融市场目前已无避风港：银行存款不安全；国库券也不是100%安全(因为有通膨)；美国公债也不安全，因为利率迟早会上扬；不管你用任何评价工具来看，美国股票都已处在相对昂贵的水平。他说，投资人能做的就是分散投资标的、然后祈祷这些金融商品不会同时崩跌。彭博社报导，NASDAQ 100指数14日收盘创2000年以来新高。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统的报价显示，费城半导体指数14日以500.98点作收、创2007年10月8日以来收盘新高。美国自家人没有理由、也有那个胆识敢自行引爆债务违约危机。美国众议院投甫于10月5日以407票赞成、0票反对，决议在政府恢复正常运作之后补发工资给联邦公务员。
