债务限期延后 股票上涨 黄金上涨

上周五(10月11日)美国股市因美国两大党可望将举债上限触及时间点延后六周而大涨，但截至当地时间13日为止仍无任何迹象显示和解契机已近在眼前。
国际货币基金组织(IMF)总裁拉加德(Christine Lagarde)在受访时指出，美国政府关闭加上债务违约将严重冲击全球经济。她说，身为全球最大经济体、资金避风港，「创造性会计(creative accounting)」不是解决美国当前危机的方法。
英国独立报(The Independent)13日报导，拉加德指出，如果政治因素导致美国无法调高举债上限、美国政府关门僵局持续没有获得解决，全球经济恐将再度陷入衰退。报导指出，共和党籍众议院议长John Boehner与美国总统欧巴马(Barack Obama)之间的谈判再度宣告破裂，两党协商的工作现在落在参议院领袖的肩头上。
彭博社14日报导，参议院多数党领袖Harry Reid 12日开始与参议院少数党领袖Mitch McConnell展开协商。Reid表示，他有信心共和党会同意让政府恢复正常运作并调高举债上限。
共和党为何不肯轻易同意调高美国举债上限？CNS10月2日报导，美国财政部数据显示，2009年1月20日欧巴马(Barack Obama)宣誓就职至2013年9月30日为止，公众持有的美国政府债务余额增加89.879%至11.976兆美元；政府间债务余额增加10%至4.76兆美元。
截至中国时间14日上午7时23分为止，黄金现货价上涨0.35%至1,274.66美元/盎司。截至中国时间14日上午7时07分为止，标准普尔500指数期货在电子交易时段大跌0.87%至1,684.20点。
