【基本面】
受到美国政府局部停止运作而影响，投资者因没有清晰指标，把资金调去日圆和瑞郎，市场焦点放在债务上限，因为美国政府关门继续会令两党就这个问题无法达成共识，最坏情况就是美国经济崩溃，信用评级被下调，违约不还钱间接影响欧洲经济，因欧洲可能效法美国不还钱令世界经济大衰退，所以分析师认为这个可能性十分低微，都是两党的政治把戏。
美国总统奥巴马周三与国会两党领袖举行会谈，试图打破僵局，但仍没有太大进展。
波士顿联储总裁罗森格伦表示，政府关门可能进一步推迟美联储缩减购债的时间，因关门导致官方无法公布经济数据。
【行情分析】
金价在周二曾跌穿1,300美元，回到联储局宣布暂不退市前的水平，主要因担心美联储会缩减其每月850亿美元的购债计划。。
市场普遍有两种解释，一是市场预期两党争拗不会持续太耐，二是投资者风险胃纳提高，故金价下挫。政府停运、债务违约等均属于风险因素，对黄金来说是好消息，但投资者急于抛售，致金价下挫。
一天前，民主党主导的美国参议院投票否决了共和党人修改政府紧急拨款法案的最后努力。债务危机将很快得以解决的希望开始慢慢下降。这一不确定性推动作为避险资产的黄金跳涨，黄金类股也因此上涨。
在数据显示美国民间部门就业增幅低于预期后，金价升势加速，数据凸显就业市场稳定但增长仍然缓慢。
【技术分析】
线连收两阳，附图指标MACD还是死叉放量。周线收取一 根带长上下影线的小阳柱，周线看来在前面连续四周收阴后终于迎来小阳，上方似乎还有 一线希望，附图指标MACD金叉小幅放量。
从日K线图看，上个交易日收取一根带长下影 线的阴线十字星，布林带欲奔向缩口，附图指标MACD仍然死叉，RSI走平。从四小时图 看，布林带仍大开口，黄金价格运行于布林带中轨下方，附图指标MACD形成金叉，RSI 走平。
整体看黄金价格会有所回调，操作上建议朋友们可选择高空，注意回调力度，严 格止损止盈。日内下方关注1311、1306，上方关注1320、1327。
操作建议：
1、上方见1321-1323空，止损3.8个点，目标1315-1313；
2、下方见1308-1310多，止损3.8个点，目标1315-1317。
