黄金本年下跌20% 俄罗斯等国增持黄金

路透社9月25日报导，国际货币基金组织（IMF）公布的数据显示，8月份土耳其央行增加了23.344吨黄金储备，为5个月来的最大增幅，也是当月各国央行当中增持黄金储备数量最多的，此令该行的黄金储备总量达到487.351吨。俄罗斯央行8月增持黄金12.722吨至1015.521吨，则是去年10月以来的最大增幅。俄罗斯黄金储备数量排名全球第七。
8月份，包括乌克兰、阿塞拜疆、哈萨克斯坦等黄金储备均增加超过2公吨，加拿大、墨西哥、捷克等则是减持黄金储备，其中，加拿大的黄金持有减少了0.03吨。澳纽银行集团（ANZ）分析师Victor Thianpiriya表示，预计央行仍将持续增加黄金储备，因黄金在长期来讲仍具有良好价值，这也可望在未来成为支撑进价的因素。金价今年以来下跌约20%，将是13年来首度写下年度跌幅。
商品投资大师罗杰斯（Jim Rogers）认为，短期内金价将会面临压力，主要因为股票以及其他资产上扬令黄金失去避险吸引力；但长期来讲金价仍会创新高，因为央行印钞将导致全球货币贬值，还有战争、混乱、街头暴乱和政府的倒台令全球局势混乱的影响。汇丰银行（HSBC）预估今年全球央行购买的黄金约达400公吨，较此前的预估下调了50公吨。
高盛集团（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）报告则称，中期而言，在美国经济改善以及宽松货币政策收紧的预期下，金价将持续下跌，并称央行购买黄金的动作可能不足以阻止金价的跌势。不过，长期而言，金价的下跌终将导致矿商的减产，这会对金价构成支撑。
