美元下跌，Omicron擔憂緩解提振風險偏好
美元兌幾個主要貨幣周三下跌，人們對Omicron變種對經濟打擊的擔憂有所緩解，這幫助支撐了風險較高貨幣。
美元指數下跌0.38%至95.95，仍接近上月末觸及的16個月高位。
支付公司Caxton的高級分析師Michael Brown在一份報告中表示，人們對Omicron的擔憂似乎略有緩解，尤其是越來越多的數據表明，盡管未經證實，新變種造成的症狀比之前想象的要輕。
本周，投資者對風險較高資産的胃納有所改善，有報道稱，南非Omicron感染者只出現了輕微的症狀。

烏克蘭外交部長庫列巴(Dmytro Kuleba)周三稱，美國總統拜登和俄羅斯總統普京之間的會談“威懾和降低”了緊張局勢。
這是烏克蘭高級官員首次對拜登和普京的視頻通話做出回應，庫列巴對美國讓俄羅斯回到談判桌的努力表示歡迎。
但他補充說，當務之急是制定一個威懾方案，以阻止莫斯科的任何進一步軍事升級。
拜登與普京之間的“接觸本身就能達到嚇阻及降低衝突效果，”庫列巴在關于周二通話的書面發言中說，“我們贊賞美國在努力使俄羅斯回到談判桌上的關鍵外交參與。”
拜登周二警告俄羅斯總統普京，如果俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭，西方將對其實施“強有力的經濟和其他措施”，而普京則要求獲得北約不會進一步東擴的保證。
