美國數據好壞參半，GDP符合預期

11月25日，由於感恩節假期原因，眾多美國數據集中在週三公佈，在一系列經濟數據中心，美國三季度GDP數據符合市場預期，10月耐用品訂單超出預期，初請失業金人數高於預期，在數據公佈後。現貨黃金稍微上漲。
對於美國經濟當前的現狀，知名投行高盛下調美國四季度和明年一季度GDP預期。高盛週一下調了今年四季度和明年一季度美國經濟增長預期，因新冠疫情迅速和廣泛的複燃。高盛將四季度美國GDP增長預期從此前的4.5%下調至3.5%，並將明年一季度增長預期從此前的3.5%下調至1%。
此外，美聯儲主席鮑威爾指出，美國經濟目前面臨的主要風險之一為病毒感染率的再次上升可能會再次嚴重限制經濟活動。鮑威爾認為，隨著疫情的持續蔓延，美國經濟復蘇明顯減慢，如果想要將風險降低，所有人需要遵循醫學專家的指導，正確使用口罩，保持安全社交距離。
經濟學家們指出，我們敦促政策制定者使用他們掌握的所有工具來重振經濟，包括直接發放現金，這是讓家庭和經濟重回正軌最快、最公平、最有效的方式之一。除非決策者迅速採取必要的行動應對危機，否則我們面臨的經濟破壞持續期可能拉長，尤其是對那些遭受了最嚴重打擊的底層人來說。
雖然就業崗位繼續增長，但是自5月和6月以來增長步伐明顯放緩。根據美國勞工部發佈的數據，5月和6月新增工作崗位多達750萬個。然而，到了10月，新增就業崗位減少至63.8萬個，已是就業增長連續第四個月減速。與新冠疫情危機開始前相比，美國失業人口仍增加了大約1010萬。
分析師表示，應該指出的是，美國的就業創造水準正在放緩，再加上初請失業金人數也在觸底，表明勞動力市場復蘇開始變得更加不均衡，部分原因可能是新冠肺炎確診病例數再次激增以及相關的防疫舉措。
