原油需求增速下調，油價受衝擊

6月13日，市場公佈原油市場報告，貿易緊張局勢衝擊了全球的原油需求，同時油價由於阿曼灣郵輪爆炸影響，油價有所上漲。若是市場沒有採取進一步措施來延長原油減產協議，油價將無法持續上漲。
歐佩克月報顯示，貿易局勢衝擊了全球原油需求 ，預計2019年全年原油需求增長約為120萬桶/日，預計2019年全年原油需求增長約為120萬桶/日；二手資料顯示，OPEC5月原油產出為2988萬桶/日，較上月減少23.6萬桶/日。
將第一季度原油需求增速年率下調至90萬桶/日，將2019年對OPEC原油需求預期下調至3052萬桶/日，前值為3058萬桶/日，OPEC 5月原油產量下滑是因伊朗及減產協議影響導致供應減少 。
分析師表示，因伊朗石油出口等不確定性因素，越來越難以知道，原油生產水準將如何平衡市場。
週四，哈薩克斯坦能源部長稱，哈薩克斯坦對60-70美元/桶的油價水準感到滿意，有必要將減產協定延長至2019年底，預計哈薩克斯坦上半年原油產量為179萬桶/日。
週四（6月13日），油價因受阿曼灣油輪爆炸影響上漲，一度上破53美元關口觸及盤中最高至53.11美元，此次阿曼灣油輪爆炸增加了阿聯酋港口事故發生的頻率，5月份阿聯酋港口也曾有油輪遭遇襲擊，當時美國指責伊朗是襲擊的幕後黑手。在經歷了昨日的暴跌後，此次油價的顯著上漲是一次非常有必要的緩衝。但如果歐佩克+遲遲不採取進一步措施來延長減產協議，油價上漲料將不會持續太久。
分析師表示，俄羅斯遲遲不同歐佩克確認在減產協議過期前舉行會議的日期，不過投資者不應對此過分擔心，只要8月前會議順利舉行就不會有太大影響。俄羅斯原油大規模污染事件中的Druzhba管道兩三個月內料不會恢復。若本月歐佩克和俄羅斯不舉行會晤，那減產協議的其他各方是否還會在6月30日之後跟隨歐佩克減產將成疑，哈薩克斯坦能源部長週四預計歐佩克與非歐佩克產油國會議將在7月初舉行。
