股市債市一起上漲，美聯儲會採取什麼政策

2019年開始，全球股市和債市都有不同程度的上漲，而目前上漲的動力時美聯儲決定暫停收緊政策。市場預測，如果美聯儲採取利率行動或者溝通上出現錯誤，那麼不是導致股市漲勢停止，就是債券漲勢停止了，這樣會讓風險資產和阿那群資產恢復原來的關係。
市場上漲的主要推動力，是美聯儲1月初令人意外地決定暫停收緊政策。美聯儲2018年加息四次後，隨著經濟降溫以及通脹仍低迷，外界擔心其加息力度過大了。這種擔憂導致全球市場在12月大跌。
但伴隨美國股市標普500指數接近紀錄高位，企業垃圾債券觸及新高，股市和債市投資者的疑問是，美聯儲下一步行動將是進一步推高風險資產的降息，還是阻礙股市漲勢的加息。
投資者表示，美聯儲若採取利率行動或溝通上出現失誤，可能不是導致年底前股市漲勢停止，就是導致投資級債券漲勢停止，讓風險資產和安全資產恢復傳統的此消彼長的關係。
美聯儲已表示很快將停止縮表，這也協助壓低了美債等避險資產的收益率，同時也為風險資產提供助力。
根據一項分析，標普500指數及美國10年期公債價格的滾動式四個月變動百分比已連續三個月均呈正值。分析顯示，這是2017年8月結束連續五個月正值以來的最長紀錄。
在2017年那段雙雙連漲期間，隨著市場消化特朗普第一年任期內表現不一致的經濟報告，標普500指數上漲，10年美債收益率下跌，然後美聯儲9月展開量化緊縮，導致美債收益率上揚，但標普500指數仍繼續上漲。
指標10年期美國公債通常被視為避險資產，其價格上漲淡化了市場風險意願較高的看法。該收益率年初在2.69%，在3月底曾最低跌至2.34%。
美國三個月期國庫券與10年期公債收益率利差在3月出現倒掛，為2007年以來首見，這是一個不利跡象，因以往收益率曲線倒掛都預示著經濟即將衰退。
分析師指出，儘管今年漲幅可觀，但金融市場在大衰退結束10年後仍未顯示，投資人相信全球經濟在利率未處於歷史低點的情形下也能繼續成長。
過去10年的牛市基本上只是因為利率真的很低。這樣的均衡態勢不會維持太久。通脹上升以及失業率偏低，可能很快就會考驗全球市場應對貨幣政策收緊的能力。
