極寒天氣打壓美國産量，美油勁升3%後劍指66關口
周四(2月25日)亞洲時段，美原油在隔夜勁升逾3%後繼續衝高，再創13個月新高至63.67美元/桶，數據顯示德州極寒天氣導致美國原油産量驟降，此外，美國1月新建住宅銷售火爆，也給油價提供上漲動能。預計美原油後市有望進一步試探66關口附近阻力，這是2019年4月底創下的、2018年11月以來高點所在。
數據顯示德州極寒天氣導致美國原油産量驟降
美國政府周三數據顯示，上周原油産量下降，因原油生産在遭遇極寒天氣後中斷；這蓋過了EIA原油庫存意外小幅增加的利空影響。
美國能源信息署(EIA)表示，截至2月19日當周，原油總産量下降110萬桶/日，至970萬桶/日，追平史上最大周度降幅，煉廠煉油量也大幅下降。嚴寒迫使德州大部分電網停運，産油商和煉廠被迫關閉，因零部件和管道凍結。
芝加哥Price Futures高級分析師Phil Flynn表示，”如果EIA的産量數據一周內降幅達到這種水平，那之後可能還會進一步下降。有人擔心，將會出現長期、永久性的産量下降。”
休斯頓船運航道的交通逐漸恢複正常，但碼頭仍然面臨一些問題。在近四分之一的全國煉油産能因冰凍天氣而停運後，煉油廠本周也已開始恢複生産。
布倫特原油期貨周三上漲1.67美元，或2.6%，結算價報每桶67.04美元，盤中一度觸及每桶67.30，為2020年1月8日以來的最高水平。
業內消息人士稱，部分投資者已大舉買進行權價為100美元的美國石油期權合約，因投資者對大宗商品對衝通脹壓力的興趣正在上升。
Tortoise的投資組合經理Rob Thummel表示，“所有迹象表明需求面將轉好，美國和全球範圍內庫存都將繼續下降。總體來看，這將對價格上漲起到積極作用”。
需要警惕的是，OPEC+消息人士稱，鑒于油價回升，OPEC+産油國將討論從4月起小幅放松石油供應限制，但一些人士建議，鑒于抗擊疫情的戰鬥可能再度受挫，希望暫時保持産量不變。
美國1月新建住宅銷售火爆 增幅超出預期
美國1月新建住宅銷售達三個月高位，增幅超出預期，因為購房者抓住抵押貸款利率偏低的機會出手置業。現在該利率正開始上升。房地産市場的樂觀數據也反映了美國經濟複蘇的迹象，給油價提供支撐。
周三公布的政府數據顯示，1月新建單戶住宅銷量增長4.3%，折合年率達92.3萬套，12月向上修正為88.5萬套。預估中值為85.6萬套。
售價中值同比上漲5.3%至346,400美元，為曆年1月最高紀錄。
建築商的積壓訂單數量仍然很高，表明住宅建築將在未來幾個月保持堅挺，成為推動經濟增長的一股力量。
