歐央行行長預計經濟複蘇將加速，歐元多頭迎來逆襲機會
歐洲央行行長克裏斯汀·拉加德預測歐元經濟將在夏季加快複蘇，其同時強調公共部門將難以擺脫對緊急支持措施的依賴。相對而言，拉加德的講話有望幫助在短線給歐元提供支撐，尤其是上周五(2月5日)探底回升收複1.20關口後，短線歐元有望延續反彈走勢。
拉加德對歐洲經濟恢複有信心
在接受法國報紙《Le Journal du Dimanche》采訪時，拉加德表示她對歐元區經濟從疫情危機中反彈的能力充滿信心，認為該地區未來會更加數字化和“綠色”。她還敦促各國政府加快制定支出計劃，以便歐盟委員會可以開始發行共同債券。
該報紙上周日（2月7日）刊登了拉加德的評論。
拉加德說：“我們仍然堅信2021年將是複蘇之年。經濟複蘇已被推遲，但並未脫軌。人們迫不及待地等待經濟好轉。”
歐洲央行目前預測，在2020年萎縮近7％之後，今年經濟增長率將接近4％，拉加德說，如果纾困措施沒有太早撤出的話，仍然很有可能實現該預測，盡管很大程度上取決于疫苗的推出情況。
到目前為止，歐盟的疫苗接種計劃起步緩慢，只有3.6％的人口接種了疫苗。相比之下，英國每100人中有17人接種了疫苗，美國接近12人。
拉加德認為， 歐洲央行1.85萬億歐元的緊急債券購買計劃規模“適當”，持續時間“合理”，其承諾只要疫情仍然在歐元區造成危機，決策者們就會采取行動。
拉加德重申歐央行指引
但她也警告稱，“一旦疫情結束，眼前的經濟危機過去，我們將面臨棘手的情況。”
拉加德說，我們“絕不能重蹈覆轍，急于立刻取消財政和貨幣刺激措施。我們必須繼續提供靈活的支持措施，只是規模逐步減少”。
上周五，在倉位調整、非農表現欠佳，美國刺激計劃取得進展等多重因素的影響下，歐元兌美元守住了100日均線1.1960附近支撐，從兩個月低位展開反彈至1.20關鍵位置上方，並收複了上周四的全部跌幅，技術面形成“吞沒”看漲信號，短線歐元存在進一步反彈機會，拉加德的講話也有望在短線給彙價提供支撐。
不過，拉加德的其他言論可能會限制歐元中長線的表現。
拉加德在接受報紙Le Journal du Dimanche采訪時還表示，“讓我們明確一點：在2022年年中之前，我們不會看到經濟活動恢複到疫情前的水平。”
由于貨幣政策已經非常吃力，財政政策必須接棒，拉加德呼籲歐洲政治領導人最終批準一項史無前例的7500億歐元(9,030億美元)複蘇基金。
她說“該計劃需要及時得到批準，以便歐盟執委會能在6月按計劃借款，然後分配資金，”。
拉加德沒有就貨幣政策給出新的暗示，只是重申了歐洲央行的指引，即央行仍可以在必要時增加資産購買規模，但如果市場狀況保持良好，資産購買也可以低于計劃規模。
