黃金有所回落，但多頭仍有撐腰

9月24日，國際金價有所回落，延續三個交易日的上漲勢頭有所終結，而美元指數受到英鎊反彈的壓制，英國最高法院作出裁定，首相讓議會休會不合法。但英國脫歐仍有一定的不確定性，加上全球經濟放緩、貿易談判進展緩慢以及地緣緊張局勢可能持續升級，市場避險情緒仍受到一定的支撐。
英國最高法院週二裁定，首相詹森建議伊莉莎白女王讓議會休會的行為不合法。這項裁決由最高法院11名主審法官一致通過。英鎊兌美元匯價短線沖高近45點至1.2487。
事實上，近來市場人氣有所改善，首先是議會通過了一項能避免10月底時無協議脫歐的法律。近期歐盟執委會主席容克的評論，則激起了達成脫歐協議的希望，推升英鎊至7月初以來最高水準。
但英國脫歐前景遂變得更加複雜，英鎊匯率在1.25關口附近遇阻。詹森尊重最高法院的判決，但認為這並不正確。並且他還強調，英國仍將在10月31日脫歐。
交易商也在關注中美貿易談判，下月兩國將重啟貿易談判。過去一個月圍繞磋商預期不斷變化，令市場惴惴不安。
中國外交部發言人耿爽在週二的發佈會上表示，日前中美雙方經貿團隊在華盛頓舉行副部級磋商，就共同關心的經貿問題開展了建設性的討論。雙方還認真討論了牽頭人10月份在華盛頓舉行第十三輪中美經貿高級別磋商的具體安排。雙方同意繼續就相關問題保持溝通。
熟知會談內容的人士週一表示，美國與日本貿易協議在最後關頭受阻，因日本官員要求美方保證特朗普政府不會對日本製造的汽車與汽車零件徵收國家安全關稅。
英國、德國和法國週一力挺美國，譴責伊朗攻擊沙特石油設施，敦促伊朗同意與世界大國就其核能和導彈計畫及地區安全議題進行新的談判。
三國領導人表示：“現在是伊朗接受就其核計劃以及地區安全相關議題，包括導彈計畫及其他運載工具的長期框架進行磋商的時候了。我們都清楚，伊朗要為此次襲擊負責。沒有其他合理的解釋。我們支持繼續調查以瞭解更多詳情。”
鑒於伊朗和沙特關係尖銳對峙，美國又持續對伊朗實施高壓政策，在這個時候歐洲方面加入到對伊朗恫嚇的隊伍中來，無疑令海灣地區局勢進一步複雜化，進而加劇投資者的恐慌心態。
