歐洲央行鴿聲大作，黃金迎來小高潮

4月10日，美元指數創下高點，現貨黃金則創先今日高位，美國CPI數據好壞參半，美元波動有限。而歐洲央行發出鴿聲提振美元，市場聚焦美聯儲3月貨幣會議。歐元再度下跌，並表示有必要就維持充分的貨幣寬鬆政策。
歐洲央行表示只要有必要，就可以維持有利的流動性條件和充分的寬鬆貨幣政策。隨後德拉基講話表示，需要足夠程度的刺激，必要的寬鬆仍有必要，歐洲央行將考慮是否需要緩和負利率。再度鴿派的言論令歐元進一步下挫。歐元區經濟面臨進一步下行壓力，且美國與歐盟之間的貿易關係突然緊張起來，進一步加深了全球在貿易方面的潛在風險。
歐洲央行行長德拉基：如有必要，歐洲央行已準備調整所有的工具，關於定向長期再融資(TLTRO)-3的細節將在未來進行溝通，同樣還將考慮是否需要保留負利率，影響經濟增長的國內因素已經開始消退，一些抑制增長的因素正在消退，全球的逆風給經濟發展帶來壓力，就業和工資增長支撐經濟，目前的經濟數據都很疲軟，即將公佈的數據依然疲弱，尤其是製造業數據。
美國3月季調後CPI月率錄得一年多來最高水準，但在國內外經濟增長放緩的背景下，潛在通脹仍保持溫和。美國勞工部表示，受食品、汽油和房租價格上漲的推動，3月CPI上漲了0.4%；截至本月的12個月內，CPI累計上漲了1.9%。此外，二手汽車和卡車價格、機票和機動車輛保險價格均有所下降。
美聯儲3月意外維持利率不變，超鴿立場震驚市場。機構分析認為，3月會議紀要有助投資者瞭解背後的原因，以及美聯儲鴿意到底有多濃。道明預測，若紀要進一步表明美聯儲的鴿派立場，金價將站穩1300美元關口，有望跳漲至1320美元；
金價不可能一次性就突破重要的1350美元/盎司阻力，不過目前來看，1300週五的水準都是安全的，市場在等待著美元走弱；
黃金市場需要多次嘗試才能受到美國名義利率和實際利率下降的推動；目前美元的表現仍然是黃金承壓的一大原因。美聯儲變得更為鴿派並沒有為美元帶來太大影響，而全球貿易風險仍然很高，再加上英國脫歐等地緣政治風險下，美元繼續被視為避險資產。
