《朝鮮民主主義人民共和國國務委員會委員長金正恩和美利堅合眾國總統唐納德·特朗普的新加坡會談聯合聲明》
金正恩委員長和特朗普總統就關於建立新的朝美關係、建立韓半島持久鞏固的和平機制的事務全面、深入、真誠地交換了意見。特朗普總統承諾保障朝鮮民主主義人民共和國的安全，金正恩委員長重申堅定不移的完全無核化承諾。
金正恩委員長和特朗普總統一致認為，建立新的朝美關係必將有益於韓半島及世界的和平繁榮，建立互信能夠促進韓半島無核化，並作出聲明如下。
一、朝鮮和美國約定建立新的關係回應兩國人民對和平繁榮的期盼。
二、雙方將為建立韓半島持久穩定的和平而共同努力。
三、重新確認2018年4月27日的《板門店宣言》，朝鮮承諾朝著韓半島完全無核化而努力。
四、朝鮮和美國約定安置戰俘和戰爭失蹤人員的遺骸，立即移交其中判明身份的戰俘和戰爭失蹤人員的遺骸。
金正恩委員長和特朗普總統同意，史上首次朝美首腦會談是極其重要的劃時代事件，朝美將克服幾十年來的緊張局勢和敵對行為，並約定為開創新的未來而完全、迅速地履行聯合聲明所列事項。朝鮮和美國約定儘早舉行朝鮮有關高官和美國國務卿邁克·蓬佩奧主導的後續談判，落實朝美首腦會談的成果。
美利堅合眾國總統唐納德·特朗普和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國國務委員會委員長金正恩約定為發展朝美關係、促進和平繁榮、維護韓半島及世界的穩定而合作。
