二、为什么有点人说现货白银不合法？这主要是因为在做外盘现货白银中，由于只有香港公司有授权可以操作，因此会衍生出很多国内的现货白银黑平台，这些平台会利用投资者对现货白银交易的误区来诱导投资者把下单，再利用投资者的资金流入自己的公司作为运用骗取。表面上这些小平台亦或黑平台是合法的，为了盈利他们甚至招聘一些外行的业务员去给他们进行业务发展，但是对于很多做现货白银的新手来说，他们连很多基本的现货白银基础知识都不知道，所以就有很多投资者为了贪小便宜，无意间就选择了那些黑平台。
因此，投资者如果想要进行现货白银投资，在投资之前，应该想了解一下关于现货白银的基本金融知识，正确选择贵金属交易平台，杜绝黑平台交易，就能保证在资金安全的情况下进行现货白银投资了。
