足金的概念

足金指得就是含金量等于或大于99%的黄金，俗称“二九金”。一般，在该类别的金饰产品上会印有足金，99金或是G99等等。
目前，足金的含金量较高，但其低于千足金的含金量，其质地较为柔软，易断、易磨损、易变形，因此极少用来镶嵌珍贵宝石，其花色品种较少。
足金辨别方法
一、 查看印记
国家标准规定，贵金属饰品都应打有产地、厂家、材料和含量印记，无印记产品为不合格产品。如出现质量问题质检机构可根据印记给予检测判断。消费者要根据印记购买自己需要的品牌和不同含金量的黄金饰品。
二、 感官检验法
1、 看颜色：足金为深黄色，K金有黄、红、白等多色，而仿金制品多为铜合金，颜色较浅。
2、 掂重量：黄金比重为19.3g/cm3大大高于仿金制品的比重，如一枚足金戒指为5克左右，而同样大小的仿金制品一般不足3克重。
3、 试硬度：纯金较软，用大头针可划痕，用牙咬有牙痕。
三、 如需要准确知道贵金属首饰的含量或出现质量争议，应到首饰质检机构，采用物理或化学分析的方法进行鉴定。
购买足金首饰时还需认真检查镶石、焊接是否牢固有无断裂、毛刺、沙眼等问题。首饰的保养：金首饰在佩戴和存放时，应避免与含有铅、汞（水银）等元素的物品接触，否则会使首饰表面变色。
此外，在干活、洗澡时应将首饰取下，防止磨损或磕碰，更不要用力拉拽以免变形或断裂。 首饰佩戴一段时间后，可能有污垢，色泽发暗，可用洗涤灵等浸泡，用软毛刷轻轻刷洗，用清水冲洗，干后即可佩戴。
