贵金属现货会员单位返头寸进行套利，现在还能做？

另外，除了这个风险之外，返头寸套利还存在贵金属公司不返钱的风险，因为很多贵金属公司在给予这个优惠的时候都只是口头承诺，而没有正规的法律认证的证明书，因此，即便遇到不返钱的情况，投资者也是投诉无门的，即便通过法律途径诉讼，想要拿回应得的资金也是比较难的，而且还需要支付高昂的律师费。
