美联储理事布雷纳德近日表示，美联储主席耶伦和副主席费希尔谈论货币政策的方式全部是错误的。他认为，美联储应该延迟加息的制定时间，直至有明显迹象表明全球经济放缓、中国问题以及其他国际风险不会推动美国经济复苏偏离轨道，当前美联储首要面临的问题是经济增速的放缓风险，如美国通胀和薪资水平的疲弱表现。据美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)于上周五公布的数据显示，10月6日当周美元净多仓降至208.9亿美元，此前一周为217.3亿美元。这是四周来美元净多仓第三次少于210亿美元。投机客自去年5月以来一直做多美元。
