一、黄金买卖两大基本原则：
1、顺势而为“有风好借力”，金市中的丰厚盈利，无一不是顺势而为的结果。
2、严守止蚀纪律，每当出现重大亏损时，无一不是逆势+不止蚀造成的恶果，人非圣贤，看错市是常有的事，炒黄金保本的重要思路是设止蚀盘。
二、黄金交易中可做逆市盘的两种情况：
1、黄金走势在一个升(跌)浪的末期，市场已疯狂，人人皆看升(跌)，此时逆市应宁迟勿早，等明显的见顶（底）信号出现后再入市，避免过早入市被止蚀盘扫出局。
2、仅在黄金重大阻力位前小试逆市盘，破位则止蚀，有盈利要适时平仓，不可贪，因黄金行情调整之后极可能会卷土重来。
三、不迷信央行干预行动的作用，央行的干预行动并不总是灵验的，强大的市场投机力量永远是第一位的，央行的干预心理作用大于实际作用，具体情况要结合技术走势来做分析。央行干预永远是对的。央行是不会随便干预市场的。央行的干预给我们发出了警告信号，历史经验多次证明:长线来说央行的干预都是正确的，但短线而言，市场常常逆央行行为而动，越干预越涨(跌)；对干预行动的长线和短线效应必须有一个清醒的认识。
四、不可简单理解对黄金利空利多消息：闻利好就买升，闻利空就买跌，十分危险。对于突发性的消息，市场反映比较按常规；对市场早已预期的消息，往往是利好兑现就跌，利空兑现就升，反其道而行之；业余炒黄金者应以技术走势为主。牛皮市不入，静待其突破后跟进。不少人喜欢在牛皮市中高沽低揸赚点小钱。但牛皮市的突破后升(跌)浪的利润更丰厚且风险更小，故我们主张牛皮市不入，静待其突破后跟进，轻松赚顺风钱为上策。
五、套牢后如何炒黄金：状态不佳时离开黄金市场是最聪明的选择，“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”。获利盘可长时间持有而套牢盘不可长抓。套牢盘持有太久影响正常投资心态和投资计划，应尽早平仓出局，重新再来。
六、永不锁仓：做错就止蚀离场，锁仓是自欺欺人的把戏；有“解锁”的精力和能力，做几单盈利单为好。
