理性的投资风格很重要，黄金价格走势和股票走势有类似的地方。没有永远上涨的黄金，也没有永远下跌的黄金，投资者如果能够把握好每一个阶段高点和低点，将有机会获得远远超出平均水平的收益。但谁也不是神仙，不可能把握住短期走势，那么黄金投资者就要做好长期投资的心理准备。
也就是说，投资黄金不能光看一朝一夕，要把黄金当成银行存款来持有，以至少一年的周期来看待，黄金期货的投资者更应该准备好充足的资金，做好打持久战的准备。
