2、 一般地，BOLL（布林带）上轨将对现货黄金价格构成打压，也就是阻力，当K线触及BOLL（布林带）上轨时，金价会发生高位回落。而BOLL（布林带）中轨将对现货黄金价格产生推波助澜的作用，这要根据K线所在通道位置来确定BOLL（布林带）中轨对现货黄金价格是助涨还是助跌的推动。BOLL（布林带）下轨将对现货黄金构成提振，也就是支撑，当K线触及BOLL（布林带）下轨时，金价会发生止跌回升。
3、 BOLL（布林带）指标的运行过程中，K线一般都会在BOLL（布林带）指标形成的通道内运行，其中上轨和中轨之间为上方通道，中轨和下轨之间为下方通道，当K线位于BOLL（布林带）的上方通道时，BOLL（布林带）中轨起到助涨作用，限制金价的跌幅；当K线位于BOLL（布林带）下方通道时，BOLL（布林带）中轨起到助跌作用，限制金价的涨幅。
4、 当BOLL（布林带）指标出现开口收缩时，则为大行情的前期征兆，随着大行情的逐步逼近，BOLL（布林带）指标开口剧烈扩张，向上扩张的BOLL（布林带）指标为单边上涨行情，向下扩张的BOLL（布林带）指标为单边下跌行情，若BOLL（布林带）指标开口收缩，反映该次大行情即将进入尾声，金价呈现新一个区间中的横盘整理。
5、 当K线长期运行于BOLL（布林带）中轨时，反映的是区间窄幅震荡行情，此时多空力量平分秋色，行情尚无明确的做单指引。
6、 K线的运行趋势能改变布林轨道的移动点位，当K线向上运行时，将会推动BOLL（布林带）指标向上移动；同理，当K线向下运行时，将会推动BOLL（布林带）指标向下移动。因此，当BOLL指标（布林带）上轨受K线上行而向上运行时，可以判断为看多行情，当BOLL指标（布林带）下轨受K线下行而向下运行时，可以判断为看空行情。
