怎样投资黄金期货

1、保证金。交易人在进入黄金期货交易所之前，必须要在经纪人那里开个户头。交易人要与经纪人签订有关合同，承担支付保证金的义务。如果交易失效，经纪人有权立即平仓，交易人要承担有关损失。当交易人参与黄金期货交易时，无需支付合同的全部金额，而只需支付其中的一定数量（即保证金）作为经纪人操作交易的保障，一般将保证金定在黄金交易总额的10%左右。保证金是对合约持有者信心的保证，合约的最终结果要么以实物交割，要么在合约到期前作相反买卖平仓。
2、合约单位。黄金期货和其他期货合约一样，由标准合同单位乘合同数量来完成。纽约交易所的每标准合约单位为100盎司金条或3块1公斤的金条。
3、交割月份。黄金期货合约要求在一定月份提交规定成色的黄金。
4、最低波幅和最高交易限度。最低波幅是指每次价格变动的最小幅度，如每次价格以10美分的幅度变化；最高交易限度，如同目前证券市场上的涨停和跌停。纽约交易所规定每天的最高波幅为75美分。
5、期货交付。购入期货合同的交易商，有权在期货合约变现前，在最早交割日以后的任何时间内获得拥有黄金的保证书、运输单或黄金证书。同样，卖出期货合约的交易商在最后交割日之前未做平仓的，必须承担交付黄金的责任。世界各市场的交割日和最后交割日不同，如有的规定最早交割日为合约到期月份的15日，最迟交割月份为该月的25日。一般期货合约买卖都在交割日前平仓。
6、当日交易。期货交易可按当天的价格变化，进行相反方向的买卖平仓。当日交易对于黄金期货成功运作来说是必须的，因为它为交易商提供了流动性。而且当日交易无需支付保证金，只要在最后向交易所支付未平仓合约时才支付。
7、指令。指令是顾客给经纪人买卖黄金的命令，目的是为防止顾客与经纪人之间产生误解。指令包括：行为（是买还是卖）、数量、描述（即市场名称、交割日和价格与数量等）及限定（如限价买入、最优价买入）等。
