黄金回购的概念

黄金回购是指随着黄金价格逐年上升，消费者把已有旧黄金制品变现的一种赚钱手段。
大部分销售投资金条的银行、金店等，都可以回收自有品牌的金条，但对于回购条件有着不同的要求。当然，你也可以选择到专业的贵金属回购中心进行黄金的回购。
无论是银行还是金店，都为自有品牌金建立起了较为完善的回购机制。投资者买入这些银行的品牌金条后，只要金条产品符合相关的回购条件，就可以销售给银行和金店。
如建行所销售的“龙鼎金”金条，包括50克到500克四种规格的金条产品都可以提供回购的业务。建行的工作人员介绍说，由于存在制作和运送成本，建行“龙鼎金”金条每克的售价要高于同期的黄金市场报价。但是，提取的金条如需变现，只要外包装和金条无质损，将按当日的买入报价给以回购。建行的回购模式，在很大程度上减少了投资者在实物黄金买入和卖出时的损失。但建行也要求，除金条本身没有质损外，回购的“龙鼎金”产品不能开封。
作为投资金条的高赛尔标准金条回购机制也比较顺畅。如果购买高赛尔金条，只需要在销售价报价的基础上加收109元/盎司，相当于3.5元/克；而进行高赛尔金条的回购时，高赛尔采用的实际回购价格在回购价基础上加上62元/盎司，相当于2元/克。也就是说，投资者如果购买高赛尔金条，再以回购的方式售回，每克支付的流通费用是3.5元-2元=1.5元。
随着黄金投资的盛行，老牌金店也推出了不少投资金条产品。如老庙投资金条在销售时按照实时基准金价加10元/克，投资者在金条回购时，投资类本号金条的回收价格是在AU99.99的基准价格基础上扣除1.5元/克的耗损，并另外支付0.5元/克的手续费来计算的，即2元/克的中间费用。同时，回购时需准备好含包装的金条、销售发票和产品质量证书。
建议客户购买黄金投资类产品之前需问清回购渠道是否通畅，包括回购政策、价格等等，但实物黄金只适宜长期投资，短期涨跌对资产保值作用不大。
