黄金非货币化的历史进程
第二次世界大战以后，美国有全球高达2万吨的黄金储备，占资本主义国家中黄金储备的74.5%。美国通过布雷顿森林体制，利用“美元与黄金挂钩，其他货币与美元挂钩”，确立了美元独大的国际储备货币地位。1975年国际货币基金组织在通过《牙买加协议》并在两年后再次通过协议修改，以黄金定价的国家货币系统取消，确立了“黄金非货币化”。黄金在各国的汇率决定中不再发挥作用，这导致了黄金价格的剧烈波动，黄金储备也不用于平衡进出口贸易和国际收支。
