黄绍山：贸易风险悄然来临

2018年3月份美国总统特朗普在白宫正式签署命令对美国进口的钢铁和铝分别征收25%以及10%的关税，由此开始美国陆陆续续对亚洲，欧盟以及一部分的新兴市场筑起了贸易壁垒，而让市场最为担心的则是中美贸易的情况，但从现阶段来看，经过双方不停的磋商，目前有良好的缓解情况。而在市场认为贸易得到缓解之时，美国总统特朗普却悄悄地再度拿起大棒，准备向欧洲法国砸去。
贸易风险悄然来临
近日大田环球据新闻得知，美国白宫对外表示，可能准备对价值24亿美元的法国商品征收额外关税，当中包括香槟、手提包、奶酪以及其他产品，而美国总统特朗普则在12月7日也威胁到将对法国的葡萄酒加征关税，最高的产品征收将会高达100%的关税。美国方面之所以有此威胁主因是在于法国征收3%数字税，这也意味着美国多家的科技公司归纳当中。
而值得关注的是该税收将基于在该国的销售，而不是利润，由于销售额比利润的基数更大，3%的数字税对企业利润的影响将加大，其次让美国担心的则是若其他欧洲地区仿效法国征收数字税，整体收下的税收数字则越滚越大。
当中受到该数字税大部分公司是来自美国，但同时也有小部分公司来自德国，西班牙，英国，以及中国企业受到影响。未来对于美国一旦对法国实施反制措施，届时对于黄金来说会呈现到一定的避险以及提振作用，而美元方面也因为贸易风险的到来短期将有回落风险存在。
