黄绍山：特朗普会面鲍威尔

近日大田环球据新闻得知，美国总统特朗普以及美联储主席鲍威尔罕见的在白宫内部进行了会晤，并且双方共度了一个和谐的晚饭。但在这之前自美联储主席鲍威尔上任以后，美国开始进入加息周期当中，而也因为美联储不停的加息，另美国总统特朗普多次是在推特上表达对美联储加息的不满，并认为不应该进入加息周期，即使当美联储开启了降息的动作后，特朗普依然是没有放过美联储，多次说到应该出现更大的降息，甚至认为当初不应该进行加息的动作，而在这前提下，双方依然共享了一个和谐的晚餐。
特朗普与鲍威尔共度晚餐
北京时间11月18日周一，大田环球据消息得知，美联储主席鲍威尔前往白宫，与美国总统特朗普进行了一场并不在计划内的会晤，基于特朗普此前多次不满鲍威尔一系列的动作，市场方面因此有额外关注。在双方会晤之后，特朗普表示这次的会面十分的“亲切”及“良好”，并与鲍威尔谈及了利率、负利率、低通胀、宽松货币政策、美元走强以及美元对制造业和对外贸易的影响的讨论。
从特朗普的讲话当中，明显是能够看到特朗普有意借此想要对美联储或是市场输出属于自己的观点，当然美联储方面对此也进行了回应，鲍威尔在本次会晤当中与他上周在国会听证会上的言论是一致，除非经济前景发生重大的变化。此外并多次的强调美联储的政策不会受到政治考量的影响。
因为该会议是属于闭门会议，具体他们讨论的内容也只有他们自己才能够知道，尽管美联储多次强调不会受到影响，但从特朗普的讲话中能看出，当中必然是会有存在自己未来对于贸易上的做法，以及认为目前的货币政策应该如何，不排除在潜意识方面落下了一些暗示。另外未来12月份的美联储利率决议大概率美联储将会维持目前的利率区间作为官网，不会进行任何的变化。
