黄绍山：土耳其袭击叙利亚

北京时间10月10日，大田环球距消息得知土耳其军队对叙利亚北部的库尔德武装展开了军事行动，对其进行了袭击，该次袭击造成了15死超40人受伤的伤亡人数，而当中含有8位平民死亡，而当时土耳其总统总统埃尔多安在社交媒体上宣布，土耳其军队及其支持的叙利亚反对派武装已对叙东北部的库尔德工人党展开代号为“和平喷泉”的军事行动。大田环球了解到，这是继土耳其在2016年以及2018年之后，第三次越境打击叙利亚库尔德武装，而经过近六小时的空袭后，土耳其军队已越过边境展开地面攻势，联合国以及欧洲等国家也就此次事件对土耳其行动作出谴责。
特朗普制裁土耳其
再袭击过后的几天，美国当地时间10月14日下午，美国总统特朗普签署了多项行政命令，并宣布对土耳其实施严厉的制裁，当中包括停止与土耳其双边贸易谈判，其金额达到1000亿美元的商品，并将土耳其运输至美国的钢铁关税上调至50%。除此以外还有对土耳其政府的部分官员进行金融制裁。特朗普在声明中表示土耳其本次的军事行为破坏了打击极端组织行动，威胁到平民安全以及该地区的和平稳定。
而在此前10月6日白宫宣布美国将从叙利亚北部撤出全部美军士兵，也因此行为美国国内以及国外纷纷谴责特朗普突然撤出美军是为土耳其入侵叙利亚开启了绿灯，甚至有阴谋论传出双方达成了什么秘密协议，因为在特朗普宣布撤军之前特朗普曾打电话给埃尔多安。同一时间在美国对土耳其进行制裁后欧盟成员国承诺暂停对土耳其出售武器，但目前没有正式执行欧盟范围内的武器禁运。目前中东局势依旧陷入混乱之中，若后续事情持续走坏对于黄金来说届时将有一定的避险情绪所体现。
