黄绍山：约翰逊就任英国新首相
大田环球据消息得知，北京时间7月23日周二，英国新任首相正式出炉，就任者为此前的大热人选鲍里斯·约翰逊，也是如同市场预期一样当选新任的英国首相，而在7月24日周三时间，约翰逊正式与英国女王会面，并且在唐宁街10号发表他的就职演说。而新的首相诞生也就意味着会有官员不满意新任首相当选而选择请辞，而英国首相约翰逊也借此给予内阁大换血，同时紧接着英国最为艰难的难题便是脱欧的事情。
约翰逊脱欧三大计划
据英国媒体报道，新任首相有一套高风险策略，能让英国再更加好的条件下完成脱欧，而这些策略分别是制定新的脱欧计划、排除原协议争议条款，推出新的备选方案等等，从他的计划分析要制定新的脱欧计划近乎是没有太大的可能性出现，特别在就任后约翰逊表示不会再推迟脱欧，即使欧盟答应重启谈判，但仅仅三个月时间重新制定一份脱欧计划可能性并不大，而至于排除原来协议的争议条款以及新的备选方案则有一定可能性，但要对此进行修改唯一大问题则是欧盟方面是否愿意继续对此谈判。
对于脱欧新任首相约翰逊表示要“孤注一掷”，不论方式和代价如何都将会在10月31日前脱欧，即使是无协议脱欧也毫无畏惧，而对于390亿英镑的脱欧分手费，约翰逊希望采取建设性模糊策略，把这笔钱当做筹码，促使布鲁塞尔签订停顿协议，让目前的贸易规则继续运行，直到再次签订新协议。
在新任首相上任后公布一些列的脱欧政策后英镑方面并没有回暖的迹象出现，整体英镑价格依旧是维持在低点位置震荡盘整，唯一较好的情况是没有再度出现新的低点，距离真正的脱欧仅仅只有3个月不到的时间，这名新任首相在对英国内阁大换血之后是否能够解决英国目前的大问题让我们拭目以待。
