黄绍山：德国成功挽救内政部长
7月1日大田环球贵金属据报道称，泽霍夫与默克尔一直就如何处理德国大规模的移民方式存在分歧。而泽霍夫希望在德国边境拒绝某类寻求庇护者的申请入境，而默克尔方面则寻求欧盟整体解决方案，而有消息人士称，德国内政部长霍斯特·泽霍夫因与默克尔移民政策产生严重分歧，并已向默克尔提出请辞。
大田环球贵金属据了解得知，基督教社会联盟近几周来一直在尝试和默克尔沟通，并计划在边境拒绝寻求庇护者的入境申请，而泽霍夫主张推动更为严格的边界管制措施，凡在其他国家登记的难民都不能进入德国。而默克尔在欧盟峰会上所达成的难民协议其实和泽霍夫所主张的基本一致。但泽霍夫仍然对此不满意。
但默克尔并没有坐而待毙，在7月2日晚间，泽霍夫与默克尔交谈了数小时后决定放弃了辞职的要求，而泽霍夫表示，他与默克尔就非法移民问题最终达成了协议。而泽霍夫此次的威胁辞职，有分析所指此举动是为了巴伐利亚州10月选举前的拉票活动，该协议给了泽霍夫机会向德国南部巴伐利亚州的选民表明，他正在努力管理来到德国的移民。
虽说危机暂时消失，但疑问协议仍然未最终敲定，对于基民盟和基社盟达成的妥协还存在部分疑虑，大田环球黄绍山认为，此次难民问题终得以解决，而德国政府危机基本已消除，同时有消息称欧元区等待19年下半年加息被指过晚，欧元方面也受到了提振作用。
