黄绍山：德总理与内政部长意见分歧
大田环球据法国《欧洲时报》6月14日报道，德国基社盟籍的内政部长霍费尔威胁总理基民盟籍的默克尔称，若无法取得共识，必要时他将会以部长决定的方式行动，并为此获得了基社盟主席团的批准。该报道当中原因主要是因为德国总理默克尔与其右翼盟友之间在难民政策上的争议冲突激化。
在有关难民政策的危机磋商失败后，基社盟明显加强了语气。泽霍费尔在基社盟联邦议员小组的一次特别会议中同时还威胁到，他的基社盟将单独行动，基社盟甚至考虑退出议会联盟党团。此后德国联邦议院中断了全体会议，进行联盟党团内部讨论，而基民盟和基社盟则分头进行磋商。
与此同时默克尔希望等待6月份的欧盟峰会再实施建议，以便能与其他欧盟国家谈判并达成双边协议。而巴伐利亚州州长索德驳回默克尔建议坚持认为，德国应单独行动，必须在边境线上拒绝已在其他欧盟成员国进行登记过的难民入境，而且必须迅速尽快作出决定。
大田环球黄绍山认为，相信泽霍费尔只是希望默克尔能够尽快处理好难民问题，并且在后续的欧盟峰会上提出问题解决方案而作出的“威胁”并不是真的希望退出联盟党团导致德国政府不稳定性出现。若然这种小概率事情真的出现，后续欧元颓势更加加剧。
