羊首领：欧美关系恶化 俄欧关系迎转机
从6月1日开始，美国正式对欧盟新增征收25%钢材、10%铝材税，导致两方关系转向紧张，甚至欧盟方面表示有这样的盟友还需要敌人吗？暗指美国对待欧盟的态度已经难以容忍。除此以外，也向长期关系不算太好的俄罗斯发出了缓和的信号。随后俄罗斯方面也立即作出了回应。
俄罗斯访问奥地利
昨日，俄罗斯总统普京对即将成为欧盟轮值主席国的奥地利进行了访问，这是普京连任后首次访问的欧盟国家。大田环球羊首领认为，这一行为可视为在日益紧张的欧美关系下，普京有望借此访问推动俄欧关系转暖。
据报道称，普京与奥地利总统范德贝伦展开了多方面的对话，一些欧洲的媒体认为，俄罗斯借访问奥地利的机会，传递出对欧盟友好的信息，希望能改变当下俄欧关系。但依然是有另外一些欧洲媒体认为，普京到访有意分裂欧盟。但随后普京在接受访问时讲到，俄罗斯对分裂欧盟毫无兴趣，反而希望欧盟统一繁荣，这可以让大家更长久的成为贸易和经济伙伴。并且希望大家能摒弃心中的偏见，进入一个新的友好时代。
当下美国与欧盟关系如此紧张，俄罗斯找到了新的介入契机，也看到了普京方面释放出如此强烈的友好信号，基本可以预见欧盟也会借此机会对俄罗斯释放一部分的善意，让俄欧关系改善，同时达到敲打美国的效果。
