黄绍山：韩国有望加入宣言
大田环球贵金属据消息人士称，韩国总统文在寅正在准备在朝美会晤当天的12日或是13日与朝鲜金正恩，以及美国总统特朗普一同发布终战宣言，若没有突发意外发生，三个国家将会达成《新加坡终战宣言》，且新加坡方面正在为文在寅来访而做好准备。
至于双方的磋商究竟到达什么程度？据韩联社6月3日报道，朝美两国在当天下午板门店举行第四次的工作磋商，且讨论12日举行的朝美会谈的主要议题方向。美国大使金成率领美国代表团在当天首尔的一家酒店出发。随后开始和朝鲜外务省副相崔善姬率领的朝方代表团进行讨论，双方代表团之前分别在于5月27日、30日，以及6月2日一共举行了三次的工作磋商。
而韩国媒体曾经传出韩青瓦台将会派人奔赴新加坡，或为准备韩朝美峰会的消息，但之后被青瓦台其中一名高管所否认并表示韩朝美峰会是否举行将取决于朝美首脑会晤，只有等待朝美发来举行峰会的通知，韩方才会开始筹备峰会。至于韩国总统府方面也澄清，派人前往新加坡是在为文在寅7月份出访新加坡，与韩朝美峰会并无关系。
大田环球贵金属黄绍山认为，尽管目前没有十分明确消息确定6月12日如无意外搬举行朝美首脑会晤，但从多方消息来看，朝美双方确确实实正在磋商，并讨论相关事宜，即使可能只通过一次会晤面谈也不足而解决所有问题，但这也是进行和解的第一部里程！
