羊首领：欧盟预算引冲突 前路茫茫尽是愁
欧盟今日发布了2021年-2027年预算提案，意在解决英国在脱欧后欧盟存在巨大的预算缺口。大田环球留意到，按照预算提案，2021年-2027年欧盟预算总额为1.135万亿美元，将占整个欧盟成员国国民总收入1.11%。虽整体预算案还需经过商议和批准才会正式生效，但已有9个欧盟中的国家表示反对。
预案引分歧
预算案中提及，欧盟应在未来更多的考量难民及就业压力大的欧盟国家。此外，将会相对缩减当下大力援助某些欧盟国家的经费。另一方面，据欧盟统计，28个欧盟成员国之中，有12个国家为净出资国。在欧盟里，这些净出资国承担了义务，但是0没有得到实际的利益，已开始让这些净出资的国家频频喊冤。
现在欧盟中有小部分的国家认为，英国脱欧后，欧盟应变得更小，预算上面也应该变小，而欧盟委员会公布的方案反而是预算变大，这是不能接受的情况。大田环球贵金属羊首领分析认为，在欧盟中，一直以来都是GDP较高的国家来接济GDP较低的国家，GDP越高缴纳的欧盟费用也就越高。而中东欧一些经济不太发达的成员国缴纳费用较少，而且还可以在欧盟中得到预算援助。近年，这方面的争执不断，英国脱欧很大程度上也是因为这个问题的存在。
欧盟核心问题将越来越多
某些欧盟国家花了钱却没有收益，而另一些欧盟国家则抱着我是欧盟成员就应该享有此福利的想法。有着无法调和的基本条件，在这问题上不单在这次预案出现问题，未来欧盟还将面对更多此类问题的困难。并且时至今天，大田环球贵金属羊首领还了解到，特朗普在贸易协议上有意只和部分欧盟国家签订贸易协定，而不是和整个欧盟签订协议，这么明显的的挑拨离间行为的出现，更是让欧盟统一的道路上雪上加霜，欧盟还能走多远？会不会步向苏联后尘？这是欧盟未来需花大量时间深思的问题了。
