黄绍山：特朗普推延欧盟等征收钢铝关税
此前在3月8日，美国基于本土贸易扩展法“232调查”的结果，宣布对进口钢铁钢材加征收25%的关税，对进口铝产品加征收10%的关税，且对加拿大、墨西哥、欧盟、韩国、阿根廷、澳大利亚、巴西等经济体征收钢材铝产品关税，而5月1日是豁免其的最后一天。
大田环球贵金属根据消息得知，韩国方面因为同意将配额作为新贸易协议的一部分，所以在此前韩国已经获得美国方面永久性的免除关税权利。而其他国家即将面临关税最后的期限。
但在美东时间4月30日晚，特朗普将对欧盟、加拿大、墨西哥的免关税问题在最后限期再次推延30日至6月1日，在此期间将再与其他国家更详细商定各项协议。最新消息得知，美国、加拿大、墨西哥三方在钢铝关税问题上谈判将会定于5月7日举行。
大田环球贵金属据美国金融时报报道称，欧盟委员会以及美国商务部部长在最后限期就关税问题再度交谈，但对因双方未能达成一致共识，导致谈话陷入困境，欧盟委员会委员重申不会再欧盟得到永远豁免钢铝关税前谈判。上周德法两国访美，但未能如愿获得美方的豁免，且德国总理默克尔表示，若美方不对欧盟永久豁免，欧盟将会准备反击措施。
