特朗普宣布新关税，金价震荡整理
本周现货黄金自3024一线位置开盘，周内最低回踩至3002附近位置，最高反弹至3036一线，整体以高位震荡整理走势为主，尽管短时间内价格上行走势有所放缓，但整体趋势未发生改变，可以留意下方周线MA5均线的支撑效果。
英国2月汽车产量同比下降近12%
周四公布的行业数据显示，英国2月包括电动汽车和混合动力汽车在内的汽车产量下降，凸显了在全球经济不确定性升级下，汽车行业所面临的持续挑战。英国汽车生产商与经销商协会（SMMT）的数据显示，2月汽车和商用车总产量同比下降近12%，降至82,178辆。而电池电动车、插电式混合动力车和混合动力车的产量下降了5.6%。这是英国汽车产量连续第12个月下降。
美国总统特朗普周三宣布了承诺已久的对汽车进口征收高达25%关税的计划，扩大了他今年重掌白宫后发起的全球贸易战，汽车行业专家预计此举将推高价格并阻碍生产，美国是英国制造汽车的第二大进口国，仅次于欧盟，占了近 20% 的份额。SMMT的数据显示，2月英国生产的汽车中，每10辆就有八辆出口至海外。与此同时，面向国内市场的汽车产量同比下滑约 33%，降至 13780 辆。
美国商会：新关税将损害而不是帮助美国汽车业
据路孚特，美国总统特朗普周三宣布将对外国制造的汽车和轻型卡车征收25%的新关税。美国商会高级副总裁约翰·墨菲在接受采访时表示：“今天宣布的关税将损害而不是帮助美国汽车工业，危及美国的许多就业机会，并导致美国汽车制造业空心化。这些汽车关税是在加拿大和墨西哥的钢铁、铝和商品关税之上征收的。预计4月2日还将开始征收更多的对等关税，汽车领域的关税堆积如山，令人生畏。”毕马威（KPMG）高级经济学家肯·金（Ken Kim）周三在一份报告中写道，业内估计新车价格上涨幅度在2000美元至10000美元之间，甚至更高，这意味着将比目前48500美元的平均价格上涨20%
欧盟贸易负责人预计美国将征收约20%的关税
欧盟贸易专员Maros Sefcovic预计美国总统特朗普下周将宣布对欧盟征收20%左右的关税。在与美国政府高级官员会面后，Sefcovic称，华盛顿的最终计划仍不清楚，但关税将平等地适用于所有27个成员国。Sefcovic对美国官员表示，对来自欧盟的进口商品征收20%的关税对欧盟来说将是“毁灭性的”。
