强行换卡不靠谱 黄金头寸不追空
随着电子化大时代的到来，很多人消费都不带现金了，他们直接刷借记卡或信用卡，不幸的是，虽然信用卡可以让大众先花未来钱，但也有可能遇上卡片被盗的恶劣事件，导致我们卡类的信用资金全部盗用，甚至被坏人恶意透支以后，导致自身债台高筑，用借记卡的话，就比信用卡好得多了。
不过现在借记卡要闹新革命，根据中国央行的规定，从今年下个月开始，市民要办理拥有芯片和磁条的复合银行软卡，有POS机的商铺将不再提供磁条刷卡服务，统一改为芯片刷卡，而明年开始，各家商业银行网点将陆续停发磁条卡。有人马上问到，那么庞大的磁条卡需要换成芯片卡，更换成本由谁来买单？答案当然就是办卡者本人了，银行这一举措相当于强行买卖，须知道办理芯片卡并不是市民们的一致意愿啊，而且换成芯片卡以后，之前磁条卡绑定的水电费支付、贷款偿还业务都要全部转移，当中发生的转移风险也是让客户独个儿承担，看来在这个弱肉强食的社会里，广大群众在央行眼中就是个很好的欺负对象。
