罚钱治雾霾 卖金救朝鲜
近日，雾霾严重，据辽宁省环保厅最新消息，《辽宁省环境空气质量考核暂行办法》公布以来，辽宁省首次给8个城市开出“雾霾罚单”，罚缴总计5420万元。拜托各单位部门，各施其职，为人民服“雾”，监督好罚款的去向，政治好雾霾！不然天上飞的，跟地上爬的都会很痛苦的！
民航局要求京沪航线机长能在雾霾中盲降，即使雾霾天气，能见度下降，航班降落的概率也将比以往提高。全国旅客吞吐量排名前十位的机场至首都机场的航班机长，必须具备二类盲降运行资格。上海两机场飞往北京的航班也被包含其中。这项民航局要求，将在明年1月1日开始正式执行。条例出台后，各大小车司机担忧，雾霾再进一步严重，以后考车讲需要新加上一个项目——盲开，司机上路必须要具备二类盲开运行资格。网友高呼：往后凭感觉开车，女人有第六感，请远离女司机！

无辜的事情何其多，一男子在ATM上存钱20分钟仍未结束，另一男子排队排得不耐烦，给了一刀，最后该存钱男子送院后不治身亡！网友吐槽，太有钱了，存20分钟都没存完，肯定招人嫉妒了！钱太多也不是好事，小编听后崩溃了！
不过，崩溃的何止我一人！朝鲜向中国出售大量黄金，据韩联社援引消息人士称，朝鲜开国元勋金日成曾下令国家永远不准出售黄金，此次朝鲜违背金日成的规定可能意味着国内面临严重的经济崩溃。“早在几个月之前，朝鲜就开始向中国出售黄金。海外黄金销售是朝鲜经济是否存在危机的晴雨表。”此次是金正恩2011年末掌权以来首次出售黄金。据韩国政府掌握的资料，目前朝鲜的黄金埋藏量达2000吨。
黄金可以避险，活生生的一个例子出来了。当时，美国政府停摆的时候，曾经有人呼吁美国政府通过变卖黄金避免停摆，但是美国没有这么做！我认为，如非不得已，一般国家也不会通过出售黄金来解决危机，看来朝鲜真的到了崩溃的阶段了！
