做投资想成功？这几点都很重要！
巴菲特从小学的时候，就用300美元开始做投资，由300美元发展到将近400亿美元身家，现在他是世界第二大富豪。他投资的方法非常简单，以至于所有人都能懂，但所有人都不做。他就是买一只他认为好的公司的股票，然后就放在那儿等着。多数人都不断地在挑股票，买了卖，卖了又买，进进出出个不停。他就买可口可乐，买吉列、《纽约时报》，还买保险公司。
在投资的问题上，投资时间实际上就是朝一个方向做一件有价值的事情，把时间和事情的价值重叠到一起。另外，还要坚持的时间长。越长，这个回报率就会越高。
时间投资与投资对象息息相关。意思就是要看你投资的对象，或者说是你在一个时间段上所确定的对象是否正确。如果是对象选错了，你投入的时间带来的收益就成负值，时间越长，灾难越大。
时间投入的对象不同，事物的性质不同。如果跟着坏人一起打工，花同样的时间，并参与经济犯罪活动，肯定被抓；如果跟一个品德好的人打工，叫创业。所以同样的时间下，你跟什么人在一起也很重要。
投资时间一样，投资收益大小和投资对象有关。举例说，我们在1992年前后买过两块地，一块在北京的怀柔，一块在海南的三亚，但是2006年年初，我们把三亚这块地了结之后，才发现只涨了不到3倍，而北京的地涨了20倍以上。显然，同样的时间不同的投资对象，差别非常大。
花相同的时间及同样的钱，要想有好的回报，就一定要选对你的投资对象，去发掘投资对象的价值。
