投资理财的重要性，就正如挑水还是挖井的区别！
从前在一座山上，分别有两个和尚住在山腰两侧的两座庙里，由于这座山只有一条小溪可以打水，所以这两个和尚几乎每天打水时都会碰面，久而久之也成了朋友。不知不觉五年过去了，有一天左边庙宇的和尚发现右边庙宇的和尚竟然没有下山挑水喝，刚开始还在想他是不是睡过头了。但到了第二天，右边庙宇的和尚却还没见其身影，第三天、第四天……知道一个月过后，右边庙宇的和尚始终没有出现在小溪旁。于是左边庙宇的和尚认为可能他生病了，就特地到右边庙宇去拜访。
但让他没想到的是，右边庙宇的和尚竟然在庭院里悠然自得地诵经，一点也不像没喝水的样子，于是左边庙宇的和尚忍不住发问：“我都一个月没见你到小溪打水了，难道你不用喝水？”右边庙宇的和尚笑了笑，指著庙里的一口井说：“其实这五年来我除了打水，平常还会抽空一点一点挖这口井，虽然进度很慢，但始终还是被我挖出来了，所以我当然不用再辛苦到小溪旁打水咯！”
其实这个故事，恰恰就给上班一族说明了投资理财的重要性，因为和尚挑水就像我们在公司里领死工资一样，即使挑水再多，水源还是别人的。只有在下班后抽点时间坐下投资理财，花心思挖一口属于自己的“井”，等到累积一定的财富后，即使在年老时脱离公司的“水源”，也不用担心自己会渴死，依旧能有水喝！
