学会换位思考转变理念，才能在投资中收获利润
从前有个富人来到了华尔街银行的柜台，跟柜台的工作人员说：“我想申请办理10万元贷款，两周后清还。”
银行的柜员跟他解释道：“好的先生，不过我们这里申请贷款需要有物资抵押，请问您的名下有哪些财产作抵押呢？”
富人指了指门口的法拉利说到：“那台法拉利当抵押可以吧？”
“当然可以了！”银行职员回答道，并马上给富豪批下了10万元的贷款，而法拉利也被送入银行的地下车库保管。
两周后富人来银行还钱，除了本金10万元外，还支付了15块钱利息。不过在银行职员给富人办理转账时，却发现富人账户里有200万存款，顿时不解：“先生我们这里显示你的户口还有200万元，为什么要来贷款10万呢？”
富豪解释道：“是这样的，这两周我要去外出旅游，正巧新买的法拉利还没买到合适的车位，就想着借你们的车库停几天，毕竟15块停两周的车位，还是挺划算的。”
其实，这个故事也在提醒我们，很多时候我们做投资，也应该灵活地换位思考，不要一味按照常规方法“出牌”。比方说，我们都知道买实物黄金要很多钱，普通的投资者根本负担不起这资金门槛，但我们这时就能换种思维：那我是不是可以直接绕开实物黄金交易的过程，只拿小额保证金去交易现货黄金交易权，赚取其中的差价就好了呢？当我们学会转变思维换位思考时，投资的路自然也就明朗了。
