从前有甲乙两人，他们都是体校的尖子生，经常约在一起进行体育项目的比试。有一次，甲就跟乙比长跑，看谁能先跑完五公里。第一次是甲赢了，乙不服气，提出再比一次长跑。但即使他拼尽全力，最后还是输给了甲。他很疑惑：“明明甲跟我体能差不多，为什么长跑总是能赢我？”
甲给他解释到：“虽然我们两人体能差不多，但你一开始就只盯著终点死命冲，到了半途看见离终点还有一半路程，心里自然就泄气了。而我则是把5公里拆分好几段，每次我只盯著一小段目标慢慢完成，有了成功感的满足自然能保持势头。”
其实投资理财也是一个道理，如果我们一开始把目标定的太高，就会因为目标遥不可及，在投资过程中由于迟迟得不到成功满足感而泄气。反之，如果我们把一个大的理财目标，拆分成一个个小目标的话，每完成一步就会及时得到成就感，保持投资动力。所以，大家在投资理财过程中，也要灵活地学会拆分投资目标，让自己做单起来更轻松！
