美联储重申近零利率承诺，但暗示将加快升息步伐

美国联邦储备委员会(美联储/FED)周三再度承诺将在“相当长一段时间内”保持近零利率，不过亦表明当开始升息后步伐可能快于预期。
联储在两日政策会议结束后发布的声明中宣布，将进一步削减月度购债规模100亿美元，使该计划有望在下月结束。FOMC重申美国就业市场仍有“大量”闲置劳动力的判断，进一步表明央行不急于开始加息。
联储声明中最明显的改变在于新的利率预期。这些预估显示官员们作好准备未来升息速度可能较他们6月公布的预期来得快。决策官员的最新预期中值为，明年年底利率为1.375%，2016和2017年底分别为2.875%和3.75%。
美联储还公布了新的蓝图，说明其计划如何撤出2007-09年金融危机和衰退期间所推出的超常规货币刺激举措。美联储称，预计在开始升息后，联储会结束或逐步停止对所持公债收益的再投资，这要取决于经济形势。
美联储发表声明之后，股市少有波动，但美元兑日圆随着交易员预期未来利率上升的可能性，美国公债收益率上升至盘中高位。
