美国8月PPI表明通胀压力温和，联储静观加息

美国生产者物价8月持平，表明通胀压力不大，所以美联储应该可以静观情况发展，再考虑何时加息。劳工部周二表示，汽油和食品价格下降抑制上月最终需求生产者物价指数(PPI)上升。该指数7月为上升0.1%。分析师原本预计8月PPI较前月上升0.1%。PPI较上年同期提高1.8%，高于7月1.7%的增幅。
虽然经济体质方面的数据大都乐观，但生产者物价数据温和，暗示美联储不需急着撤除其货币刺激举措。美国金融市场对该数据反应漠然，因交易员在美联储周三政策声明前退场观望。
此外，美国财政部公布的另一份数据显示，美国7月整体资本净流入577亿美元，外资7月净卖出8亿美元长期美国公债。
