欧元7月通胀率下滑，决策者对通缩继续保持警惕

欧元区7月通胀年率跌至2009年金融危机最严重时期以来的最低点，让决策者继续对通缩威胁感到担心，但不大可能促使欧洲央行采取进一步政策行动。欧盟统计局周四公布，欧元区7月消费者物价调和指数(HICP)初值较上年同期上升0.4%(市场预估为上升0.5%)。不过通胀率下降很大程度上是由于能源价格下跌，扣除能源、食品和烟酒的核心通胀率连续第二个月持平于0.8%。欧洲央行也仍在等待评估其6月推出的一系列举措是否能够提振脆弱的经济复苏。
