欧央行副总裁：本年年底才能确定刺激效果

欧洲央行副总裁冈斯坦西欧周五表示，该央行或许要到年底才能知道其最新政策举措是否有效。届时银行业者均已有机会接受廉价贷款。冈斯坦西欧表示，目前要退后一步让各种举措有机会发挥作用，但如果欧元区经济未获提振，像美国、英国和日本那样的广泛资产购买计划仍是欧元区的一个选择。
欧洲央行执委科尔周六表示，未来数年欧元区利率将偏离美国和英国利率。科尔表示，欧洲央行将在较长一段时间内维持利率在纪录低位附近，而美国和英国的央行将在某个时点开始加息。
