德拉基：欧元持续过低通胀的风险即至

欧洲央行总裁德拉吉昨日表示，央行意识到过长时间通胀过低的风险，央行有工具可以令通胀再度回到目标水准。他在中央银行论坛上称，欧洲央行有所需要的工具，可以令欧元区通胀回到央行低于但接近2%的目标。
同一天央行管理委员会委员暨奥地利央行总裁诺沃特尼表示，央行担心当前欧元区通胀率过低可能带来通货紧缩或经济停滞等风险，今年和明年的欧元区通胀率可能会“明显”低于央行的目标。他称央行下周将讨论可能需要采取的行动，包括降息，以维持欧元区经济复苏不至于受到干扰。
