欧洲央行执委莫尔许：6月货币政策会议将采取行动

欧洲央行(ECB)执委会成员莫尔许表示，欧洲央行在6月政策会议上采取新的行动应对欧元区低通胀的可能性已经大幅增加。莫尔许表示，管委会委员一致同意动用传统和非传统措施，有效应对较长期非常低通胀的风险。尽管欧元区没有迹象显示通缩生根，但莫尔许称“我们应至少为这种风险做好准备”。通胀过低过久有可能令长期通胀预期失控。
此外，欧洲央行管委诺沃特尼表示，欧元区面临长期低通胀问题，欧元汇率对物价有冲击，尽管这不是欧洲央行的政策目标。有关欧洲央行是否可以采用负利率问题，诺沃特尼还表示，“是否对欧洲合适是一个仍在细致讨论的问题。”
