美联储官员：超宽松政策实施过久可能带来风险

美联储两位高级官员5月19日表示，联储的超宽松货币政策如果实施的时间过长，从长期而言可能产生不利后果，不过最大的风险并非通胀失控。旧金山联邦储备银行总裁威廉姆斯在达拉斯乔治布什研究中心参加一次货币政策研讨会后表示，目前面临的一个主要风险在于，低利率时间过长，可能将资产价格推得过高，或鼓励投资者进行过度冒险。同时与会的达拉斯联邦储备银行总裁费希尔亦表赞同。
威廉姆斯称，美联储正在积极测试工具，以备在必要时升息；美联储有在不引发通胀的前提下，退出异常宽松货币政策的计划；联储开始升息时，工具箱中应包括逆回购工具。他并称已证实逆回购工具在抽走银行体系中的储备上是有效的。他还指出，他相信美联储在2015年下半年前不应升息，他预计此后利率将缓步调升。
