中国央行：经济有望平稳运行

中国央行周二晚间发布一季度货币政策执行报告称，未来一段时期中国经济有望保持平稳运行，将继续实施稳健的货币政策，保持政策的连续性和稳定性。
央行并强调，将对货币政策进行适时适度预调微调，增强调控的预见性、针对性、有效性；将保持适度流动性，实现货币信贷及社会融资规模合理增长；大力发展直接融资，加快多层次资本市场建设，丰富融资工具和交易品种，增强服务中小企业的能力。
专家表示，虽然该报告措辞新意不多，但需结合此前中央政治局会议提法来看，即同样的政策基调下，内涵仍会根据形势进行调整。
