乌克兰要求分离主义者放下武器

乌克兰代总统Turchinov要求占领政府大楼的亲俄分离主义者放下武器。否则将动用武装力量对其采取“大规模反恐行动”，引发俄乌爆发军事冲突的风险。俄罗斯外长稍早表示，安理会将紧急讨论乌克兰局势，称乌克兰对分离主义者采取军事打击的计划是“犯罪”。“应俄罗斯要求，安理会将召开会议，”一名要求匿名的安理会外交官向路透称。另一名外交官指出，正在就乌克兰参与问题进行讨论。白宫周六表示，美国副总统拜登将于4月22日访问基辅，以显示对乌克兰政府的支持。他将成为自乌克兰危机爆发后到访的美国最高官员。乌克兰危机升级将加剧爆发“天然气战争”的风险，进而扰乱整个欧洲地区的能源供应。不过普京周五试图缓和欧洲方面对天然气供应中断的担忧。
乌克兰央行总裁StepanKubiv周日表示，俄罗斯进一步入侵乌克兰东部地区，将给乌克兰带来严重的宏观经济后果，动摇该国的银行业体系并降低国民产出。
